1. Program description

REV-T sends transactional and account-related text messages to clients and REV-T staff who have opted in. Messages may include: service ticket creation, updates and resolution; new service request assignments (staff); quote-ready notices; service appointment scheduling and reminders; and account or portal notices. REV-T does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. How to opt in

You can opt in by (a) checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form at www.rev-t.com/contact, (b) checking the SMS consent box when adding your mobile number in the REV-T client or staff portal at tools.rev-t.com, or (c) texting START to (617) 500-6130. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from REV-T.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Most recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing contactus@rev-t.com or calling +1 (617) 657-5747.

7. Privacy — we do not share your mobile information

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers required to deliver the messages (for example, our messaging platform and wireless carriers). 8. Supported carriers

Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
