Plans

Supplier Diversity Plan and Policy

As a diverse supplier ourselves, REnVisioning Technology, LLC is dedicated to working with other diverse suppliers in a beneficial relationship. We have a goal to spend 10% of our annual purchases through other diverse suppliers by the year 2025. Our hope is to create opportunities for diverse suppliers that can demonstrate the ability to add value, provide quality goods or services, are competitively priced, reliable, and align with our services. Diverse suppliers are small business, minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged/disabled, veteran owned, and LGBTQ business enterprises.

Environmental and Recycling Plan

As of our first day of operations in 2016, REnVisioning Technology has been looking out for Mother Nature. We have a recycling procedure for most aspects of our business. All cables, electronics, pallets, boxes, and packaging materials are recycled if they are made of recyclable materials. We have partnered with small-business recycling companies in the area to assist with our recycling processes.

Beyond recycling, we are doing our part with our vehicle fleet as well. We operate vehicles that are low or zero emissions. Our CEO even charges his electric vehicle with solar power. We plan to expand our electric vehicle fleet as EVs become more readily available. Our larger vehicles are clean BlueTEC diesel which exhaust harmless nitrogen and water.

Emergency Response / Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)

We take emergencies seriously and have plans in place in case of emergencies of all types. Prior to COVID, REnVisioning Technology was already preparing for emergencies and one aspect of this is that all our staff members can work from anywhere in the world at any time. In case of emergencies, priority will be given to Hospitals, Federal Government, State Government, and Local Governments. Our main number, 617-657-5747, is hosted in geo-diverse data centers and during or after normal hours has an option to be forwarded to an on-call emergency engineer.

As a backup, for emergencies our CEO is always available by calling his mobile device, 617-657-5746.
